I surprised my husband with this tour and we both loved it! It was so special and magical! None of the other tours had music or a singer so this was very unique. Lots of people took videos and pictures as we went by. We went around sunset which is the perfect time, although I'm sure anytime would be lovely. We had a singer and an accordion player. The singer sang 3 songs and the accordion player accompanied him, and played even more songs. This was one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Amazing and magical, we were escorted from ticket office for short walk to Gondola. 7pm georgous lighting, great accordion and singer with the most wonderful voice.
Lovely experience. Due to a last minute medical issue we had to cancel on the day but they were really accommodating and changed us to the next day at the same time. We felt very special as we entertained the passers by and the restaurants along the canals. Around 30 mins - one of the highlights of our trip.l!!
The gondola ride was everything I hoped for and more. The accordion player was excellent, and the singer was clearly a real local dude who enjoyed what he was doing. Our gondolier even got involved and sang a bit (also he was hilarious). People on the streets and in other gondolas were whipping out their phones to record us as we meandered along the canals. I'm SO glad I picked the musical gondola ride. It made my parents' year. I would be remiss not to mention Vanda, the tour company agent who collected us at the meetup point. She was SUPER attentive and friendly. She helped us quickly find a bathroom in the last minutes before the ride (when most of the public bathrooms had already closed - so be careful about that if you book an evening gondola ride). Thanks Vanda!
Was a great singer and musician. They said you would receive Prosecco and we didn’t though which was dissapointing.
