- The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Very easy, convenient and fun

After stepping off the train, I recognized the office of the company that arranged our transfer. After talking with one of the people in the office, we were directed to the dock where our water taxi would meet us. Shortly after getting to the dock, a water taxi pulled up, asked us if we were the “Smith” party and we boarded and were taken directly to our hotel. The driver was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this if you haven’t been to Venice before as a very easy way to get to your hotel.

This was a lovely introduction to Venice. The service was quick and efficient retrieving the tickets was fairly straightforward. It felt like a bit if luxury and allowed us to appreciate the beauty of Venice from the best perspective the water!
Limited routes, but reliable service

It turned out to be quite a walk from the airport to the terminal, but once there, the transfer went smoothly and they dropped us off near our hotel close to the Rialto bridge. It wasn't really the ideal way to get a glimpse of the city on the way in, as it was an overcast day and we had to sit down and inside the boat. We used the Alilaguna a few times while we were in Venice, and they always offered smooth and reliable service.
