Our gondola ride in Venice on Wednesday 5/29/19 at 5:30 PM was unable to be done do to the provider's refusal to take us as private tour due to all the group tours ahead of us. We would like a refund of the balance of the tour for the gondola tour. The private tour was excellent with Alexa but disappointed in not getting our gondola ride. Understand the high demand for the gondola rides but then they should not be scheduled if they are not going to honor our reservations.

We found the Cathedral of St. Mark and the Doge's Palace fascinating. Our guide was Sarah and she kept it fast paced and interesting for the kids. We really enjoyed this tour.
