I paid via PayPal and my ticket didn't come through via email so I was unsure right until the last minute whether I would be let onto the boat. The staff were very helpful and confirmed my payment with their head office, so off I went. Leo our tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable. Watching the master artist was very interesting and the artwork on display in the shop very beautiful on Murano Island. Unfortunately a severe storm disrupted our time on Burano Island which was a little bit disappointing, but in no way a fault of the tour company. I would recommend this tour. The excursion was very nice, a big Bonus was the glass blowing Presentation, wich was very cool. The only minor Point for improvement for us would be slightly less people on the boat, that would be nice, it was a little too close for comfort sometimes.
Meeting the awesome guide Georgia and how professional yet friendly she was! Had a little trouble finding the boarding site but after walking to a tourist information booth they pointed me in the right direction. I think it would help greatly if you clarify that the pick up/meeting site was right behind the Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant vice just using the initials Kfc. I had no idea they were the same thing! Anyways once on board everything went smoothly. Had a great time.
