30 min - The first destination is Murano, famous worldwide for its glass-blowing art. You will visit a real furnace and see a local artisan create glass artworks using antique techniques. During the visit, you will have the opportunity to buy an authentic Murano glass souvenir.

Burano
1 hr - Next, this tour will take you to Burano, the island celebrated for its lace-making tradition and for the multi-colored houses. Get off the boat and, after a few meters, you will be in the magnificent main Square of the island. On the right side of the Square, you will see San Martino’s Church which houses the “Crucifixion” painting by Tiepolo, and the famous leaning tower. Walk along the narrow streets and picturesque canals of the island, buy lace products to keep as special mementoes of this experience or go into a pastry store and try local sweets– the “Bussolà” and the “Esse” biscuits.

Worth the money!

Great way to see the islands! It was an easy tour and great amount of time, nice boat. I brought my elderly parents and it was Pretty easy for older people and different abilities.

If only it wasn’t Easter week

It would have been a perfect trip had there been fewer people on board, on the tour, in the shops and in the streets. From what I could hear of the tour, it must have been very interesting. It was a very windy day, making it quite uncomfortable sitting upstairs in the open. I would like to go back and spend more free time wandering around on my own.

Time on the islands was...

Time on the islands was too short. Need more time especially on Burano. No information at port as to what boat was ours, we waited along with other people to find out which boat was ours. Poor information for tourists.
