  1. 1
Chiesa di Santa Maria dei Carmini

The gondola ride starts with the Carmelite church and its Renaissance-style façade. Then we will stop to admire one of the most striking examples of neo-medievalism in Venice, the residence that the artist Torres built for himself and his family between 1905 and 1907, so romantic that pushes lovers to mirror in the eyes of other. Palazzo Ca 'Zenobio is still waiting for you, in the 1800s taken over by the Armenian community of San Lazzaro, today is a favorite location for glamorous parties; who knows if you are not lucky enough to see some stars in the act of shooting their latest video clip! On the Fondamenta (wharves) Briati stands the Cicogna palace, where you can find a well-made of real Istrian stone in the inner courtyard. We conclude this tour with San Polo: the largest square in Venice, the district of the shop-house (proximity between home and production sites), taverns but also churches, and Carlo Goldoni's house.

  2. 2
    Stop 2

This gondola ride will take you on the Venice river road, the Grand Canal, or "canalasso" as your gondolier will call it, and don't miss the chance to ask him for an opinion on the Calatrava bridge, Probably you walked on this whose modern glass bridge when you arrived in Venice, but on our tour you will be able to observe it from a privileged position, even more, if you will see it lit up in the evening. Then take a look at the Degli Scalzi bridge, which arose from the need to easily connect San Polo, Rialto, and Santa Margherita districts to the railway station in 1846. Later on, you will be enchanted by the facade of the Pisani-Moretta palace, a high-quality Gothic example, divided into three sections by huge frames to eventually admire the front of one of the oldest and at the same time beautiful universities in Italy: Ca 'Foscari.

  3. 3
    Ponte di Rialto

The centerpiece of this third tour in the city of Venice is the Rialto Bridge, the oldest and most famous in the city. At every hour of the day, you will see tourists who are taking selfies and pictures from here, but you will be lucky enough to admire them by the waters. You will be able to see the various typical shops and restaurants around the bridge; the growing importance of the market that takes place near the bridge led to renaming it in this way around 1250. Once it was called Ponte della Moneta since, at its eastern end, the mint was located. But why don’t you try to test the culture of your gondolier to get more historical information on this wonderful masterpiece? He will certainly be happy to provide it to you while pushing the gondola towards Ca 'D'oro, where you can be dazzled by the eponymous Palazzo Ca' D'oro, whose facade seems to have been covered with precious metal.

  4. 4
    San Marco

Welcome to San Marco Square, the only one in Venice that has the honor of being called a square because of its size, magnificence, and architectural integrity. It’s also called "the living room of Europe". Your gondolier will accompany you telling more about the heart of our city, the cathedral and the bell tower, built between 1156 and 1173, then collapsed and rebuilt entirely in 1902. On this tour, you cannot miss the Basilica della Salute, a baroque church that stands out in the San Marco Basin, built following a vow to the Virgin Mary by the Venetians, grateful to have been freed from the plague. Hold your breath to admire the Bridge of Sighs. Here lovers should not be deceived by the romantic name because this bridge connects the ducal palace with the new prisons and the prisoners sighed consciously looking outside for the last time.

Family gondola ride

Nice experience, friendly staff, liked this particular ride as it did not had a specific time slot ,travelling with children is difficult to be on time. this ride gave us the option to be there in the afternoon at any time, very convenient. 30 minute ride as they specified, it does not go through the gran canal as it is very busy, it goes through the small canals within the city. worked for us nicely
