Our tour guide, Giovanni, was very knowledgeable regarding the palaces and history of the grand canal. He was very adaptable to our needs. He had a great personality and we learned a lot about Venice.
Natasha was wonderful. She recommended things to do as we were on our tour and was so knowledgeable. She even helped us get a dinner reservation and took time to enjoy a cocktail with us after the tour.
We really enjoyed the commentary of the tour guide and the pace of the tour. We learned a lot about the history of Venice from all angles. We also appreciated the pace of walking to the boar as we are mobility impaired
We enjoyed seeing some of the canals away from St Marks Square where everyday Venetians live. Of course, the Grand Canal was spectacular. Our guide was very engaging and informative. Would recommend this excursion.
The guide was personable and extremely knowledgeable. The glass factory tour was the icing on the cake! Based on the excellent service, we will definitely be repeat customers.
There was a lot of great information, but it felt rushed. We had about a 5 minute delay on us, and about 10 minute delay waiting for the boat driver, yet we finished "on time". I felt like he sped thru much of the info and it didn't leave much time to relax, enjoy fully, or ask many questions.
