We did this tour on 7th July with 2 teenage children. Kristina was our guide and she was simply amazing. Our family of 4 were the only ones on this tour so we had the fortunate luck of having a private tour with Kristina. The islands of Burano and Murano were stunning. We were taken their by private water taxi which was a fantastic start! Burano particularly was beautiful and was easily my favourite island. We arrived there early in the morning before it got too busy so we had the streets to ourselves for a while. The colourful houses were stunning. The glass factory in Murano was a real eye opener. The pieces we saw and the glass blowers in action were fantastic. You will need some serious cash though if you want to buy from the factory. Instead of going to a lace factory we chose to have a drink and traditional Venetian food in a bar in Murano. Kristina helped us order items that Venetians would order. Kristina went above and beyond on this tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both islands and the area around Venice. She was friendly and informative and made our morning tour one of the best tours we did in our 2.5 weeks of travelling in Italy. On the way back to Venice she drew a suggested walking tour itinerary for us for the afternoon which allowed us to get off the beaten track and see areas and islands we would never have seen without her suggestions. It was lovely to get away from the crowds. We couldn't recommend this tour or Kristina more highly. We would happily book this tour again and would be overjoyed to do another tour with Kristina in the future.
Great private tour with Arianna....super friendly and informative. Catered to our every need. Made our excursion worth it. Walked us around and answered all of our questions...demonstration at the glass factory was great...took us to a local lace shop were staff gave us detailed history of the trade. Great tour with Arianna...would definitely recommend.

Christina was an excellent guide, very pleasant and most informative. Everything about the tour was excellent, if we could have changed one thing we would have added another hour on Burano which was so beautiful. Really enjoyed the whole experience.
